IT Internship Program FAQs
What documents do I need to submit in order to apply for the program?
You will need to submit the following when applying for our IT Internship Program:
- Resume and cover letter
- Proof of college enrollment and a major in computer science or a related field
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Two letters of recommendation, including one from a professor or advisor
- Maximum of one year removed from graduation
How many positions are offered through the IT Internship Program?
We will offer up to seven internship positions.
How should I submit my application documents?
All application documents must be submitted online; we are unable to accept application documents in person, by regular/certified mail, by email or by fax.

How can I confirm that you received my application documents?
You can view your submitted documents by checking your attachments in your profile.
How do I follow up on the status of my application?
You can view the status of your application by logging in to your account and viewing the job status of your submissions. The recruiter or hiring manager will contact any candidates selected to move forward via phone or email.
What is the timeline for the Summer 2021 IT Internship Program?
The program lasts for a minimum of 12 weeks.
The curriculum timeline is as follows (please note that this is not final and is subject to change):

- New employee orientation
- API attendance
- Meet-and-greet with team
- Remedy access
- New hire/safety modules
Week 2
- SharePoint and PWA (time sheet) access and training
- ISD new hire onboarding
- Continue training modules
Week 3
- Begin white belt modules
- Continue training modules
- Scribe duties
Week 4
- Continue training modules
- Shadow with analyst
Week 5
- Begin yellow belt modules
- Shadow with analyst
- Department presentations
- Intern lunch
Week 6
- Shadow with analyst
- Finish training modules
- Patient care facility tour
Week 7
