$25.000 - $27.660 - $32.740The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position. What You Will Do
The Office Supervisor oversees the staff and assists in the facilitation and coordination of the leadership, management, and operational functions. This individual serves as a professional role model, leader, mentor, and resource for members of the clinic.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
- 3 Years lead or supervisory experience.
- 1 Year insurance authorization experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 Years medical coding experience.
- 2 Years Cerner or similar system experience.
Essential Functions

Maintains a safe, clean working environment, including unit based safety and infection control requirements.
Oversee staff and assist in the facilitation and coordination of the leadership, management, and operational functions.
Serves as a professional role model, leader, mentor, and resource for members of the clinic.
Responsible for employee scheduling, performance evaluations and coaching.
Completes all timecards and timekeeping adjustments (PTO, etc.) and approves timecards.
Participates in interviewing and selecting candidates for open positions.
Responsible for oversight of scheduling process of patients, communication with internal & external customers and medical record audits.
Implements TCMC approved policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must have good communication and organizational skills.
- Computer experience, including Windows applications, MS Office.
- Excellent customer service skills.
